Rightcheck incorporates advanced ID verification technologies – including facial recognition, biometric data analysis and document image recognition. This technology enables Right to Work (RTW) checks to be completed in under 90 seconds, significantly reducing time to hire, facilitating swift onboarding of new employees and saving precious HR time and resources. Automatic app updates support compliance with Home Office legislation updates, providing peace of mind to employers and recruiters. Furthermore, the identity document validation technology (IDVT) Rightcheck utilises is aligned with a Government programme that acknowledges IDVT and lists Rightcheck as an accredited supplier.
A major highlight in our journey was the launch of our candidate app. An industry-first that revolutionises the Right to Work (RTW) check process by enabling candidates to respond remotely to employer requests and comply with UK Government legislation. Adoption of the app has risen exponentially, with new instals now running at thousands per month.
In recent months, Rightcheck has broadened our platform check categories to include Right to Work Ireland, and Criminal Record (DBS) checks. Our 2024/25 roadmap includes new scalability options for the SME market and a range of third-party integrations.
